HIDs flashing

HIDs flashing
installed my HIDs today, when the engine is off and the lights are on, it is fine, when i turn the engine on, the HIDs look like strobe lights.. My mustang wasnt the first i saw this on, my other friend had to get relays. Do any of you know how to fix this an easier way?

Only thing that I could think of is maybe the ballast are interfering with the SJB. I havn't had any problems with mine whatsoever, minus the occational flash by people that I meet at night time.

Try some ferrite cores on the power leads going to the
vehicle to cut down on interference.
