Tell me what is the best times to shift for my 2005 Gt for best performance?

I want to get the best out of it and while were at it what is it best to run mph on the interstate for better gas mileage?

shift at 7k RPMS and hold a steady 125 on the freeway for ultimate mileage

sounds about right for acceleration. try 2000-2500 for best gas mileage. im not sure what you are asking.

I meant rpm's in each gear or mph in each gear whatever comes first ha ha ha.

for better gas mileage, shift early (lower rpm (2500 or so) / lower mph)

for better performance, I agree with the others (pretty much around 5-6000)
