flash tuners
[sm=WTFsgign.gif]Can you have someone reflash your ecm without having to caugh up cash for a device of your own? or are the tuners vin specific? Has anyone tried bypassing cats and had sucess with keeping the CEL off - to pass inspection, and finally, has anyone tried the new charge motion control delete kit, and if so, how is it, and does it turn on your CEL? thanks
for all practical purposes yes.... when a hand held device
flashes a vehicle's PCM, it becomes married to that car, until
the car is returned to the stock tune, which frees up the device.

Yes you can turn off the cel for the cats and run O/R (I was for a while until I installed High Flows). No the CMDP do not set of the cel and yes they do work. I think the question on the re-flash has been covered.
