Default Multi-point inspection?

My car now has 10k miles on the clock, the manual suggests to have multi-point inspection every 5k. I did that back in March, but it seems pretty useless, they didn't even give me a checklist!

Do anyone here follow the manual's suggestion to have multi-point inspection every 5k?

I have done that on my other car (an Expedition), and my dealer did give me a checklist, as should yours. Its a thorough check, assuming that they really do it.

those mult-points are the dealership's way to squeeze every penny possible out of you with things like rotate and balance, engine fogs, power steering flushes etc...

My dealer did it when I had my oil changed at 3k.
