Front license plate bracket

Has anyone seen/used this front license bracket. It looks like a good compromise to not wanting to have a front plate. Curious about how it attaches and how well it works.

I'd be all about that if it worked with a chin spoiler, which I doubt it. I made my own, but now I'm going to have to modify it to work with a chin spoiler.
