I had a blast at the track. Everyone was very friendly. The cars there were SWEEET and loud!! They sounded so cool and mean. I promised myself that I will get myself a muscle car for the track that sounds like those beasts before I die....

I'm pretty sure the 18's cost you at least a tenth of a second, but more importantly did you have fun at the track.

Not only that but he has an O/R Pipe. Which is good for about .2 a second. I run Brenspeed's tune, haven't tried B-Chips. I shift around 6500 RPMs though. Not sure when your car is shifting at WOT.

Not sure either......but it isn't doing the job whatever it is......

My car felt quicker when I got the Pypes O/R H pipe. Notice I said "it felt quicker", because I never took it to the dyno to see the difference. Black Stangs are faster tho

like several other people said, the no cats helped him where the 18s hurt you. I think you are in the norm.

I hafta agree with this 100% statement. Unsprung weight is the biggest ET killer there is. Couple that with the O/R pipes and I can completely see why your about 1/2 second under him. Also, if your 60' is like 2.2 or 2.3, work on getting it down some.A nice 2.0 should have you in the 13.5 range easily. Remember,the first 60' of the track is mostly about the driver. The remaining 1260 feet is mostly about the car.

Post the time slips! I bet his off road pipe helped him, not to mention a little more power out of the tune and intake.

Gus.... just face it, Black mustangs are the fastest.

I think the fact that your aftermarket 18's hurt you, and he's got the O/R pipe which is good for something.

OR maybe its time for that Z06 you wanted lol
