I have you all beat - I got a quote from Steeda in Pompano, FL of $1780 to install a Vortech! Don't know why they are so expensive...

Only came with a 1 year warranty too - they told me they only give a 3yr/36K miles if you buy the Steeda/Magnuson SC which cost $5200. They wanted about $3900 for the Vortech. Like I said, I don't know how they can charge so much... Look at their site for prices on other parts... Unfortunately no other "reputable" performance shops around here that I know of (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale)

Brenspeed charges $650, and since it took me 12 to install mine, I'd say that's a freakin' deal!
