Anybody know the cost to install a supercharger? Its a vortech.

dyno tuning would be additional on top

Shop here charges about $5,500 for Vortech h/o installed and tuned.

So about $1,200 for install and tune.

 

If you go to Brenspeed, I believe he only charges $650.

 

Do it yourself, imo.

But I think anything around $1300 for install AND tune is reasonable. Yes Brenspeed is cheaper because they focus on these types of things, but who knows if this guy is located anywhere near Brenspeed...

Hey I got quoted $1100 on install and another $1000 for tuning back when I was curious about superchargers.... Theres little chance youll get that bad of a quote.

It really isnt too difficult to do yourself. If you want you could install it, then take it to a reputable shop for the tune and your done.

That or buy the entire kit off of brenspeed with their tuner and you're all set, with 0$ of installation.

It seems the instructions on these are pretty much fool-proof, the only scary part is the tuning, but that is done for you now with the sct tuner with the package.

 

mine was $800...I got quotes as high as $1500,,,,good luck..
