are you guys tellin me that if i get cold air and tune,that i cant pass emissions.

 

Hard to answer this question without knowing what is required for you in your state.

You can pass inspection. You just have to know which inspection station to go to.

 

I highly doubt with a CAI and tune you wouldnt pass...

If you have your CATS you should be OK

I passsed in NY which is pretty srict.

 

Where do you live? Different states have different regulations but the CAI is likea 30 min swap to get back to stock.

 

Yuo should be fine. Just don't lose the CATs

Alot of tunes have some of the emission systems off that are required during emission testing.

 

Why even risk going with the tune and CAI? It's a 30 minute operation to retune to stock and replace the CAI with the stock airbox.

 

Meh, we don't even HAVE emmissions in this state. No cats, no worries.

 

+1 Florida is good like that. Hell, when I lived in CT we had a rep for having the second toughest emissions standards (behind who else but Cali)...then a lot of the stations got busted for passing people for $$CASH$$ and they all got shut down...
