yup right side vents , they were worse when i first got the car now its not too bad or maybe i just dont notice it.
Same here, I notice it only when I have the air conditioner on though.
I'm too much llike my dad.... He would stop on the FREEWAY if he heard a rattle !
He loved the Vette's, He used to put us 3 girls in the cargo area when we were little.
I'm 44 now, and still pullin fiberglass outta my ***....

Has any one else had problems with there dashboard vibrating and rattling. It is quite annoying. Road noise is one thing, but my dashboard shouldn't be rattling. It almost seems as though it is a vibration between the two layers of the dash up near the front window. I cant be sure, but I was hoping somone could shed some light on the problem.
i had the problem, took it to ford service yesterday, they fixed it free. they will tighten everything up for you, just tell them where the rattle comes from.

I found where the rattle was coming from, then slid a strip of rubber "o" ring between the seams. I cut the ring to the length needed. It's not visible, and the rattle is gone for good.

Yes, I hear the sledge hammer trick works wonders as well.

Nelsta21: I live in Tucson as well and have an 05 Stang. Same problem. When I put pressure on the dashboard the rattle stopped. I took some 1" foam (with the adhesive backing) and squeezed it between the dashboard and windshield (near the front A pillar). No more rattle. I have had to do this twice as the foam loses its sponge effect but it has worked well for me. The only other rattle is sometimes the air vents as mentioned by others. The sound does not seem like it comes from there but if you move the vent it stops.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I will try to do a fix on my own first, if it doesnt fix it then I will mess with the dealer. Once again all of you on these forums are very helpful, thanks.
