ok, gotcha.....i must have missed the nuetral test, result memo

No I didn't, because the vibe is definately there when reving in nuetral and of course the driveshaft and rear wheels aren't moving then.

RE: Vibration at 3250 rpms......
I have the same vibration just at a different rpm. Mine is at around 1175 rpms & 2375 rpms. Since it occurs a specific rpms and is at multiples of the low rpm then it's a harmonic vibration. The engine has a normal harmonic vibration that with the stock motor mounts should not be very noticeable. Our engines are internally balanced. I remember reading that there are some sort of balancing rods in the engine. My theory is it's either the engine is not properly balanced or the clutch/flywheel assembly is not properly balanced. I'm leaning more toward the engine not being properly balanced. At some point in the future when I get some bills paid off I plan on having my engine completely rebuilt from the ground up with all forged internals and get the engine properly balanced at that time. There is a shop near where I live that can do engine balancing. Personally I hope it's the clutch/flywheel, that's easier and cheaper to fix. Even if it's the engine not being properly balanced it shouldn't damage anything in the short term. I have 34,000 miles on mine and it runs as strong as the day I got it and nothing has broken yet. I'm rather hard on my also.
