DID I KILL A COUPLE HORSES OR SOMETHING???
i kno wwhat you are saying... the first week i had her she ran like a raped ape... now it seems she is more like a sedated ape... i think it is a combination of the adaptive cpu and your just plain used to that level of power now... I also noticed that whenever i am disapointed, its also when i didn't really step on it... i eased into it more than anything... try the battery disconnect and take it for a spin like the first day you had it... thats what im gonna do!
Im always disappointed with my car now that I'm used to it... After I drive my gf's civic or my dad's tacoma, I immedately recognize the power my car has all over again.
+1 on the gas pedal trick, another thing you might try is go out and do some "spirited driving" this is also a good way to reteach this stupid computer thingy. Be sure to put the pedal to the floor at least once, and almost hit the rev limiter in one of the lower gears.......should work. Be safe and Enjoy your car.
+2 to the mooding.
Mike
I have this same issue.... makes me want to mod the shyt outta my car.
In all seriousness though, it seems like my car is a little sluggish. Could be the weather, could be im used to it, or could mean that I need to recalibrate. Im going to try the 5 second throttle trick later.
PS- my BanaChips tune comes in a few days =]]]]]]

This is so weird you posted this because today I was thinking the same thing.
I have right at 1,700 miles on mine and I do drive it hard.
I hit redline a lot and have had the limiter kick in a few times.
I changed to Mobile 1 at 1500 miles and after the change I saw an increase in power.
I have driven it hard since I bought it, but in the last 150 I have been raping it so I was wondering if I have already ragged this thing out.
The last few days she seems real tame and just no where near as aggressive as before.

Honestly guys you do get used to it but the thing just learns over time. +1 for driving something else for a bit that seems to get the power to butt meter back in action. I daily drive mine so its slow to me about 90% of the time. I realize its fast though when I merge into traffic on a on ramp at 30mph faster than traffic flow or when I drop 4 to 2 at 40mph and hammer it. The best one for me is pulling out across a 4 lane with a center turn lane(with no one around of course) and nailing second in the middle of the turn and just hang it out tires a spinning.
Dam I need to get my ecu and intake installed already.....LOL

if you get a power adder you wont have this problem. Since my turbo i can now rarely punch it cuz 8lbs of boost just gets you WAY OVER the speed limit WAY too fast.
