I installed the JLT CAI with the SCT 91 tune several weeks ago, and it made a WORLD of diffence. Now, when the battery goes dead, I need a jump, or I replace the battery, do I need to reload the tune? if so, then I should carry the handheld computer with me just in case right?

 

No it will retain your tune.
