To use correctly add ons you need are a pressure gauge, bottle heater to keep at the right pressure, a purge valve to keep the liquid nitrous going but, could skip it but makes it so much more convenient. The remote turn is not needed and adds nothing to the safety factor. our factory fuel pump should have no problem keeping up till over a 100 shot ( I maybe wrong here, I run a 100 shot on my GT with no fuel issues) a fuel shut off switch is nice but not necessary. I have my switches in the console but would prefer them where I can get to them easier. I like the switch panel that goes into the front cup holder. Good luck.
Good points. I started my research here. Pretty much says what you're saying:

Hey I believe Taco Bill did an install on the speed of sound switch set.

However, my setup is much like probinators. Works fine, I have the arm and the purge. I live in Houston so a heater isn't necessary! I have resisted the remote bottle opener, I think not having it keeps me out of trouble.
I'm in FL but we still have our 35 degree nights and mornings in the winter (can't wait to run the 1320 on one of these freezin cold nights!)...and I read that the ideal temp is 85 degrees F, no hotter no colder and the bottle blanket helps maintain this temp once it's achieved?

If you look at the 3rd pic down I have my arming switch which is the red missle type switch and the black button is my purge. I keep the bottle warmer one inside the center console with the line lock button too.
nice purge exit...

Here are my old locations, they are no longer in service since my KB was installed. at the upper left is the arming and bottle heater switches. On the T-handle shifter is the spray button.

^^^ nice setup and thanks for the pics...but I thought the bottle warmer was a thermostat type deal that turned on and off as needed? Sorry I know -0- about nitrous...
It is. but you have to turn it on though first. then it will maintain a set heat temp.

^^^ oh, I see...thanks...
...now for you guys with the shifter-mounted setup, why did you go that route instead of the WOT switch wired to the tps, so it just sprays when you floor it, on and off at predetermined rpms? (I guess this thread is twisting into a nitrous education...oh well, I've got all the sprayers here so might as well, right? lol)...

here's the steeda setup:

http://www.steeda.com/products/steed...0_switches.php

pretty cool unless you've got your heart set on an integrated gauge and/or 4 switches, in which case I guess those folks mentioned in post #2 seem to be the best route...
