Default nitrous switch locations

I'm looking into nitrous...one thing I noticed is how much add-on stuff you need to really be safe, easy and reliable (remote bottle opener, bottle warmer, bottle blanket, lo fuel psi cut-out, purge kit, quick-release bottle holddown, etc)...anyway, how are you guys setting up your switches? I guess there would be three...the remote bottle opener switch, the arming switch, and the purge button...pics would be great...thanks guys!

This is what I plan to use for my nitrous setup:

I think I saw a thread on this at modularfordsDOTcom.

To use correctly add ons you need are a pressure gauge, bottle heater to keep at the right pressure, a purge valve to keep the liquid nitrous going but, could skip it but makes it so much more convenient. The remote turn is not needed and adds nothing to the safety factor. our factory fuel pump should have no problem keeping up till over a 100 shot ( I maybe wrong here, I run a 100 shot on my GT with no fuel issues) a fuel shut off switch is nice but not necessary. I have my switches in the console but would prefer them where I can get to them easier. I like the switch panel that goes into the front cup holder. Good luck.

the cupholder idea is AWESOME! In last month's MMFF they installed the holley NOS kit without a purge...for vehicles without the information center, they give you a bezel that could fit the purge, arm and open switches, but of course I have the (useless to me) information center...they put the arming switch where the 12v socket was, but I still don't know why they didn't install the purge lines (who's running without a purge setup???)
...thanks for the link!

If you look at the 3rd pic down I have my arming switch which is the red missle type switch and the black button is my purge. I keep the bottle warmer one inside the center console with the line lock button too.

^^^ nice setup and thanks for the pics...but I thought the bottle warmer was a thermostat type deal that turned on and off as needed? Sorry I know -0- about nitrous...

Hey I believe Taco Bill did an install on the speed of sound switch set.

However, my setup is much like probinators. Works fine, I have the arm and the purge. I live in Houston so a heater isn't necessary! I have resisted the remote bottle opener, I think not having it keeps me out of trouble.
