I used to have a copy of Photoshop, but my old HD crashed and I can't find the original CD.
21st century and I'm still using PAINT.

take a look at the rain beading on the hood that seems radiate out in rays from the windshield.
you got a once in a lifetime shot...I think that is photo contest material.
