20's on GT

RE: 20's on GT
There you go. 20's look awesome, lowered or not. That's why Shelby uses them on the GT500. But the tires are friggin' expensive!!! And you want to have 3.55 ormore gears for sure.
Another thing, make sure you get the correct offset or it won't look very good. 40-45mm should be great.

But Richard, show her after she has been lowered, so the comparison can be made. I am very pro lowering. I think that gap needs to be filled, as with any gap. However, you dont have to slam it. I used sportlines, but there is a less aggressive pro kit and others as well. Either way, I have not seen a Mustang with tasteful rims I did not like. Good luck.

I think they look great before lowering and even better after. I have only non lowered pics in the gallery. I will take pics after lowering only the rear of the car. Steeda ultralites in the back is all I can due because of the body kit!

Heh, I think you guys just convinced me to get the rims I want in 20" and just ride them stock height until I get my G-Trac setup...
Any clearance\scrubbing issues under cornering or U-turns with the fronts?

Never thought about lowering. After seeing the pics here, i do think lowering looks nicer.
However i already have trouble getting over some speed bumps (they are abnormal overhere), so i don't think i'll be lowering anytime soon. Anyway, here are my 20" American Racing Wheels on Nexen N7000's 245/35.
