My Experience with CMDP and Tunes

RE: My Experience with CMDP and Tunes
I have a dyno tune from Stricktly Performance and have no problems with the deletes. I have no issue with Tourque loss to speak of either. I've never purchased a tune from an online tuner so I can't tell you what the diference would be.

anybody have experience with adding these to a turbo car. I see that the gains on a N/A car are marginal but how about on a turbo or supercharged car.

Also to the original poster, if the delete plates are not lined up just right during the install you will actually lose power because of a slight restriction in airflow. I would open that thing back up and check the alignment on the delete plates first before you decide to get rid of them.

I don't know about turbo cars, but brenspeed sells the vortech non-intercooled kit with steeda delete plates and he's picking up an extra 80hp over what vortech claims with the same setup minus the deletes.

I gained about 5 tenths with the tq converter an gained 30 ft lbs tq and 16 hp with the mac long tubes and prochamber, and that was at a increase of over 25 degrees in temperature. I am happy with both mods, so far I have pulled a best 60' of 1.60 with a 75 shot and would not even be close without the tq converter
