a buddy of mine got in a wreck in his saleen, and now he has an extra spoiler. i'm not sure if its the saleen spoiler, or just the lip, but i have a few questions. im considering buying his extra spoiler or lip, so im wondering about fitment issues. will i need the saleen rear end for this to work? if not, but if it doesnt cover the holes from the factory spoiler, what do i do?

If it's the actual spoiler that mounts on the trunk lid you shouldn't have any fitment issues. It might look a little funny without the Saleen rearend though.

you're right, it'd likely look funny if it was that big spoiler, but at least i can test and see. what about the lip?

actually, i just went to saleens site. you can add each body part piece by piece. the spoiler looks pretty sweet, especially from the side.

Won't it hang over the rear of the car? The Saleen rear bumper adds like 8" to the rear of the car.

i dont know if im doing it for sure, but since they are spare parts, and the kid lives a few miles from me, i will be testing it out. if it's a good fit, i'll have it painted LL and pop it on!
