RE: Window tint
well guys,
I've been quoted very similar prices at 4 different places in my city - Fresno, CA.
For the back window, 1/4 panel windows and passenger/driver sides the lowest quote I got was $190 and the highest I got was $240. the rest were in between that.
So, Rdot9, I dont think you're being taken advantage of. I think it just matters where you live and what kind of competition / demand there is for the product. For instance, Fresno is in the Central Valley where it get's really hot and tint is a freakin necessity so high demand means higher prices. Also, we are a lot smaller than say Los Angeles so the number of places offering the service is lower which could also have an impact on prices. I think it's all relative to your environment.
I do recommend though that you look around a lot and not jump at the first "deal". Knowledge is power.
