Default Custom Sound Systems

Hope this is the right spot, just was wondering how many of you have done some custom sound systems. Such as changed the speakers, added subs, ect. I would just like to know what some steps are to upgrading my sound system. I think I should start with getting a amp, but I just wanted to look at what other people have done. So please, let me know!

What would you use an amp for if you have no speakers?

Its easy to swap the 4 6x8/5x7 out and the HU is just like any other vehicle basically

This is what I did...you need to make a list of what you want first and do research to make sure the products you use will work well with the others. pic out what subs you want to use and then find an amp that will push them and so forth.

06elnr are those the kicker cvr 10's or 12's? Nice set up man. I'm gonna get two 10's pretty soon and some kicker 6x8's.

My sound system beats them all. It consists of 2 full range speaker-mufflers that connect directly to the engine exhaust. The music they make is just beyond compare.

I have the same speaker box in Vista Blue, I used to have those subs as well but changed them out to the new Alpine's. The kickers hit harder but the alpine's matched the car better..haha! They have the blue lettering.

Installing a system is pretty easy but deciding what to buy is the hard part.

Over 1400 S197 mustang stereo installs to look at: http://www.cardomain.com/MakeModel/F.../all/2005/2008
