im interested in installing a cervinis kit on my 07GT...i decided that i can do without the hood and the side window covers because imo it just makes for a better look...total price for everything as far as the kit goes would cost me about $3000 or so...what i wanted to know is how much it would cost me to get it installed and color matched(without the stripes) and where would be the best place to get this done(i live in the los angeles area). im fairly new to this scene(used to be an import guy) so please dont flame

 

Well I was going to buy a Cervini's kit from a guy on this forum. He got quoted 8,000 for the kit installed and the whole car repainted with stripes. Therefore you are probably looking around 5,000 for the color match if you go to a nice body shop. I also recomend going somewhere that has experience with the specific kit because you will want it done right the first time. It is a beautiful kit but you are going to fork up some serious dough for the install.

 

Welcome to the forum! IMO the hood of any aftermarket company is better than the stock one. That said I had mine done with the stripes painted front to back and all the other things painted to match and installed for 4500 dollars. That doesn't include the cost of the kit. Near show quality paint IMO and I am very happy with the results. What color stang do you have? If matching any Ford color it should be easy for a color match. PM if any other questions..... J
