What My GT Is Worth?
i'd say $21k if you return the intake and
tune to stock, $18 - $19 if you don't

I bought my '06 GT premium used from a local Ford Dealer with 3500 miles over a year ago (during the '06 model year) and at the time I paid 24k if that helps with perspective. I imagine that I paid a bit of a premium for the car since I bought it from the dealership and not an individual. I would have expected to pay around 21k-22k if it had been a private seller.
take the lower KBB price. Don't even think about calling your car "Excellent" as that never applies. Use the lower "Good" condition.
Be sure to add back for any extended warranty, Lojack or whatever.
I just checked my car and prices have really fallen!
I may have to keep this until it becomes an official classic!

,A LOT of people refer to the KBB value and believeit to be gospel. If the KBB says your car is worth X amount andyou sell for just belowyou should be able to unload it quick.
I think the biggest hurdle to overcome when sellingcars like these, is the "how have they been driven factor." For this reason, I would return any engine/performance upgrades to stock. Everything else leave alone. I would stress in your add how imaculet your car is and that it has been "babied" (someone might believe it).
Ultimately though, it's only worthwhat someone is willing to pay for it.
Good luck.
Thanks for all the input guys i really appreciate it. I don't have the original air box or the axle-backs so i guess i will just keep those on unless someone has a factory airbox and what not..i could sell the pullies tho. anyone interested in Steeda Underdrive Pullies? with about 2K miles on them? throw me some offers
thanks again for all the help
thanks again for all the help
KBB means absolutely nothing when trying to sell a car. It comes down to "what is someone willing to pay?" KBB is funded by car dealers that want to make buyers think they are getting a good deal on a car. Every car dealer....and educated consumer uses the NADA guides....... Dealers use it to appraise trades, list used cars, and buy cars at the auction. KBB values are always inflated. I've been in the car business for 10 years and know for a fact you could wipe your butt with a KBB.[sm=smiley1.gif]
According to NADA....You're looking at $22500 on the high side.....which you would probablyget with your mods.Good Luck!! You could always list it higher and come down.
