I was wondering the same thing about the sensors. If u like the LOUD raspy sound like I do, id say go with SLP Loudmouths. As far as adding an X pipe with tune...does anyone know the gains for this or if i would be losing ft lbs?

You're not going to get the sound of the older style mustangs as their mufflers were in the middle of the car, as the 05-08's are at the very end. If you want a deep sounding exhaust a offroad H pipe is the way to go and probably either corsa or borla/FRPP axle backs. I have the H pipe and the FRPP stingers and it is deep and sounds amazing but other people don't like that sound and do a X pipe which sounds a little raspy. Either way if you go with an offroad H or X you'll pick up around 10 hp with the X pipe giving maybe 1 or 2 more.

o/r H pipe+pypes mid muffler system=as close to a 5.0 as you will get. Now that will sound like sex and if you want to add headers that only the iceing on the cake your already there.

My off road X made no noticeable difference in HP. However I did drop about 50 lbs in weight! It just got loud and raspy, Ihad to take offmy Summit muffs and put the stockers back on, it was way too loud and still is.
