Guys, WTF does this mean???
Granny shifting is when you shift as carefully as possible as to put the least ammount of strain on your car.
Double clutching is when you push in the clutch, put the car in neutral, pull the clutch out (while in neutral), put the clutch back in and shift into the next gear.

Double clutching is for transmissions without syncro's. It is where when you change gears you release the clutch when in neutral, push it back in, put it in gear and release the clutch again - therefore double clutching it.
