Ok, well heres what happened. I was going to take it in, so I uninstalled my C&L, reinstalled the stock intake and then retuned to stock last Friday. Was going to drop it off Saturday morning to have them take a look at it. Right after I retuned, I noticed the code got erased. Basically... I drove around trying to get it to come back before I took it in and it never did. Ive driven the car stock about 300 miles this week and theres still no sign of the dummy light yet.

Do you guys this it was something that had to do with the tune? If so, why would it just randomly pop up now? Ive had the same tune for 6 months now.

Im thinking today Im going to reinstall the C&L and retune the car to see if the engine light comes back. Please feel free to post any comments or suggestions. This one has me stumped. Im thinking I might call my tuner.
If you have not already reset the PCM by taking off the negative terminal, or reset the code with ahand held tuner, then the dealship will be able to see the code history when they plug it in to the diagnostics.

GT500OC
He reset his computer back to stock. The code history is gone.

I would just out everything back on and see if it comes back....my car went into limp mode about 5 months after i got it. Shut it off and then turned it back on, no codes from then on out.....

I would re-install the C & L and see if you get the code back....that might narrow it down for you..

Could be a glitch in the Matrix...and might not come back..

I started my car today, and the "check engine" light was gone!

i havent done anything to the car ... i guess it was the sensor .....

anyway, I'm still taking it to the dealer to check if there is anythin wrong.
