Default corsa install help ?

I know that almost to a person, everyone who has installed any kind of axleback has said it was easy. I'm trying to install my new Corsas and I cannot for the life of me get the muffler flange over the exhaust exit pipe. Any advice on the install as a whole? The passenger side looks like it has a hanger that's waaaay too long, though I know I've read here that it will fit once I get things together correctly. Seriously, I'm not a noob but maybe I'm just not seeing the forest through the trees here.

OK, took it down and the flanges were bent in a little. Some persuasion and I got the passenger side to accept the pipe. Now my problem (yes, I've got a lot of friggin problems tonight!) is that even now while everything's loose, I can't get the rear hanger bracket to align with the bolt holes, nevermind get the exhaust tips even SORT of close to being lined up in the rear bumper cutout. I'm rotating this thing, pushing in, out...

Is that hanger really supposed to be that long? Damn.

Thanks guys for any help or experience. I know I'm whining I guess I just really needed to come in here and get off the garage floor for 5 minutes.

OK, here's a pic of the passenger side. The H pipe is loose and no amount of adjusting is going to get this thing in the right place. You can see the hanger and since it only rotates on one axis, you can kinda see what I'm saying.

I'm giving up for tonight. Going to take bring it to a friend's with a lift tomorrow and see what else I can do. I don't want to bend that hanger, but it looks like the only way.

Will I do any damage driving it without any mufflers (other than chancing being pulled over)?

You did what I did at first and I was like WTF!!
That was untill I realizedI put the bracket on backwards.
The bracket that is closest to the rear bumperneeds to be aligned so that the the hole is up and towards the middle if the car.
http://www.corsaperf.com/installMustang_Shelby.pdf, download this and look at figure C.

I was going to say, it looks like the bracket is on wrong. I pulled my old mufflers off and set them net to my corsa's and moved the brackets. Everything lined up (within reason) well. It just took a while to get the tips in a centered position.

Awesome, thanks guys. Of course, after a shower and looking at Figure C like you said, you're right, I had the bracket on wrong. Duh.

I'm going to give it another try in the morning.
