Default Ny-Trex Nitrous installed

I finally took the plunge into the nitrous realm. After doing some research I decided to go a different direction than most. I installed a Ny-Trex Triple Threat kit, fuel pressure monitor switch (cuts the nitrous off if the fuel pressure drops below 38 psi),Innovate wideband digital guage, and a Nitrous Outlet Digital pressure gauge. I got a pillar pod set and a custom console switch panel from Speed of Sound (great company). The install of the kit was straightforward and everything was included that you could need. The quality is top notch as well. I installed the 75 jets (measured at the rear wheels). I set the window switch to come in at 3k and it broke the tires loose at 3kand went like a bat outta hell. Very impressive power gain. The A/F held flat at 12.5 during the pulls under spray, so the jets in the kit were right on the money. I did pull 4 degrees of timing out of my custom tune per my tuners recommendation and had no detination issues. Scheduled for some dyno puls on the 25th so i can get some numbers. Thumbs up to Ken at Ny-Trex! I'll get some pics this weekend and add them to my mods page.

Very nice, caution : its ADDICTING!

You should put down pretty good numbers, i put down:

465 hp 494 torque on a dyno-jet and

412 hp 445 torque on a mustang dyno (the mustang dyno was done on a 100 shot, not the 125)

Good luck!

Sorry to hijack, but do you hae any traction issues with the 4.10's and the 125 on there?

My best 60' with my 3.55's is 1.69 and i dont really want to hurt it, but am considering gears.

Been out playing with mine tonight, harrasssing the bowties...LOL.... I have 4:10's in mine and traction is no worse out of the hole, but I am window switched at 3k. It does haze the tires when the nitrous kicks, but not enough to be an issue. Can't wait to get the D/R's back on and see what it does on the track.[8D]
