It looks like the cost went up because the default will be an open differential on the GT in 08. The extra $ gives you the t-lok too.

2005 mustang- Early ones had the windows down on the keyfob if you held it
stock 3.55's for Manual trans, stock 3.31 for auto

Don't forget the Plumbing change on the 07 engine has a cross over pipe insted of the two radiator hoses.
