Default Relocating OBD2 Port

Is there any way to relocate the OBD2 port from underneath the dash to either the glovebox or center console? I found a place that sells a 6 foot extension cable with a 90 degree end. I was thinking of routing it through either the dashboard or inside the center console. Has anybody else done this, does this sound like it would be possible/worth it?

Because when I have my Diablosport tuner plugged in doing realtime data logging, my knee keeps hitting the connector.

Don't know, I'll have to check that on my way home from work.

I've seen them for the Livewire, but I don't know if they carry them for the regular XCAL....
