Default car at stealership

i took my stang in yesterday to get my transmission checked out because lately its been making a rattling noise when ever i start the car and when ever i shift. they just got to my car today and i got a call about an hour ago saying they found a peice of a tool that was some how accidently placed inside my transmission and that it has been banging up the internals of it and even gashed my clutch plate. so yay new clutch and transmission for free! they are also re-calibrating my spedometer(it was 5mph too fast)

and also, i asked the rep about it, but he said he doesnt know anything about it. wasnt it possible, in the first '05's that came off the lot, to have the windows automatically roll down when you hold down the unlock button on the keyless entry?

So, the next logical question is--"where's the REST of the tool?" Unless their mechanics regularly use only pieces of tools...

So, they do it with people (leaving stuff inside them) that they do it with cars is no surprise....

Boy I hope so! My manual says stuff about it, but it doesn't work. I could really take advantage of that feature. I never use the air conditioning, and constantly leave my windows open when I don't mean to. I'm bringing the car to the dearlership tomorrow, I'll see what they say.
