I'd say manual, automatics just aren't as fun to drive. Automatic will be easier if your looking for something to drive casually and in traffic alot but if you're looking for fun (and if you're going to do a little racing), then go for the 5 speed stick shift. My dealer has a silver GT with an automatic in it and i said hell no and ordered a silver manual with shaker 500, wheel locking kit, active anti theft and red shelby stripes. You might be able to find an automatic sitting aroud somewhere, they seem to be in lower demand.

I still dont know why some think that manuals are all that faster. Granted they are more fun to drive and cheaper but I'v seen autos blow the doors off manuals (same vehicle). Somtimes believe it or not it is about the driver.

There is a Silver auto at the Hackettstown NJ Dealership ( 908 852 1933 ). It has My Color, Skaker 100, 17" Polished Wheels pretty much loaded except for the anti theft and side airbags.

Go for the 5 speed.

Here are some pictures of my new 05. I am still waiting for some parts. I have all of the new Steeda parts on order. I have put in a new shifter, anit rolls, front splitter, under drive pulleys, re flashed the computer, and I did some paint work. Still waiting for the new springs and wheels from Steeda.
