I also like the shine the Ice gives, but I still prefer a good quality paste wax on mine,it's easier to see removing also.My only issue with Ice is it's hard to see where you need to polish more.

I had an old bottle of ICE I pulled out and waxed my whole truck with it, then realized it wouldnt come off. Took 3 more washes to get it off. Dont keep that stuff laying around, it goes bad ...

??? It's 100% synthetic, how can it go bad?
To the other posters concerned about it's durability, ICE is a polish, you still need a top coat of wax(I top my car off with Meguiar's NXT), do not, I repeat, do not JUST use ICE, put a top coat of carnauba wax(or as I do, a quality synthetic sealer wax like NXT), you could even put some Adam's butter wax over the carnauba for even more depth and gloss(but you have to apply it practically after every wash, but it is worth it). I use the NXT spray wax after each wash and it makes keeping the car clean child's play. Although I'm very much contemplating going waterless with a product called ONE made by the Chemical Guys(about $46/gal), but it has carnauba wax in it, so if one keeps their car polished & waxed, the waterless ONE will make for a great maintenance shine.

I love the polish and detail I also use the car wash soap I tried the clay bar on my 05 Escalade and it suks but the other products work really well, you can by the wash the polish and detailer at Costco for half the price. Stay away from the Clay bar.

This ICE stuff has been so heavily marketed lately that I figured its BS. Another new product that will be pushed heavily before it has a reputation. I refused to pay the higher price for it.

Now that I read this I think I'll give it a try!

I did my first wax job on my 2007 about 2 months ago. I put on 2 coats of Turtlewax Ice Polish followed by 2 coats of Meguiar's NXT liquid wax. It shines & reflects like glass and so far I am very happy with the results. I dont have a garage for the car so once a week I give it a quick wash followed by an application of Turtlwax Ice Quick Detail Spray. The whole thing takes about a half hour and makes the upkeep real easy.

I was like you. No way was I going to pay that for a car wax. Now, I'm glad I did. Smooth like butta.
