Hey everyone. I'm about to buy a 2005 V6 Mustang for maybe 13,000. Question is, is there any difference between the 2005 and 2007? I mean, I'm sure the 2007 performs a little better, but is the interior and exterior the exact same?

 

Besides a greater list of options and other colors not offered in 2005, the 2007 is the exact same and vice versa (performance included).

yeah and the 2007's have an butt ugly spoiler, imo, but they do have some nicer colors.

My understanding is that they are very similar, with one significant difference: The 07 has a much higher price tag.

 

actually that would be less performance, at least with the GT, it weighs more for the GT500 structure.

 

well think about it, how many miles does the 05 have?? you can get an 07 with 0 miles for like 19,000 i think.

 

$19k ? Wow, I didn't realise they were that low. You USA Dwellers have it sweet, we North-of-the-border types have to pay a hefty premium

 

There are subtle differences. Such as the 05's don't have the MyColor dash lights, the 07's don't have the leaking issue under the dashboard, they have a few little fixes, and a different spoiler. And a new warranty (the 05 is almost out of warranty)
