Okay, I've seen only two popular programmer/CAI packages out there:

Predator:
Diablo Predator
Diablo Package Here

Xcalibrator:
SCT Xcalibrator
Steeda CAI


I have heard that the predator is better because you have more "control" over programming where as with the xcalibrator, you have to send stuff to the company? I'm not sure how that works.

At first glance, the predator looks to be better based on the write up in the "package" link I gave. Part of me says "every car is different, get the one with more user control" while the other part says "Trust the guys who do this for a living, get the pre-programmed one"

I'm not too mechanically inclined so any comments would be helpful, preferably from those that have the units installed or have experience installing them on a *STOCK* GT.
