Ok here's the story on them. I HATE chrome, so when I found out the GT500 has the brushed I looked into ordering a set. My heart sank when I was quoted $380 plus shipping.

So I went to the parts store and got some silver spray paint. I took the dash apart and started to prep the parts by sanding them. To my amazement, the little chrome rings are METAL, and not plastic. They even feel like plastic when you are holding them (ultra light). Anyway, I held a magnet up to it to be sure....and yes, they are metal.

320 grit sandpaper is all you need to do this. It's 100% FREE!

Or if you want, you can send me your parts and I'll do it for you for $150.
The factory rings are actually solid aluminum.

Fordparts.com has the Shelby cluster bezel for $244.31. Not as good as free of course.

I'll bet a Scotchbrite pad would leave a nice uniform finished look(instead of sandpaper).

I originally tried steel wool because I couldn't find sandpaper, and it didn't even leave a scratch. I am not sure scotchbright would do much better....but if you try it and it works let us all know.

As far as more pics of the whole dash....no I borrowed a camera to take those pics and there was only enough room for 3 more pictures. I'll see what I can do about getting another one of the whole dash for you.
