I installed it myself on my last car and it lasted 5+ years. Still looked good when i sold it. Not sure why it would bubble and peel up...maybe the paint wasnt cleaned before isntallation. you have to remove all wax before intall.

You need it professionally installed. If not, it will bubble and peel away in a short time. Then, if that is the case you will end up spending more fixing it and doing it right the second time around. JMHO
