I put just over 7grand on it the first summer I had the car.

Then she hibernated for the winter. This summer I have put 11 grand more and I still have a minimum of 6 weeks left to drive it. Longer if the weather stays nice.

I'm fine with the miles until it hits a milestone like 10,000, 20,000 etc.

I am approaching 20,000 and will surely hit it before summer ends.

Oh well, they ave all been fun miles.

I just had my 1 year anniversarythis week and I'm at 5200.I drive it every day...but I just don't have very far to go to get to work, school or anything else I need either. Since the day I drove her off the lotshe's never been outside a 35 mile radius of my house.

ETA: *I* have been outside that radius, but my 'stang isn't good for road trips...there's 4 of us in my family. We're all more comfortable in my husband's vehicle for longer distances.

I have 45,000 miles on m '05, I bought it new 16 months ago. I take it everywhere. I cringe sometimes when I see how many miles are there, but I love my car.

I am at 48,000 miles on it and bought it about 13 months ago with 10,000. I drive A LOT to and from work and for play, but this car was built to run hard and long. Mine is an 05, first of the breed and I believe that they put every ounce of energy into building these cars, they are strong. A few little stone dings are the only thing I have to show the age. I plan on running this thing for a long time.

2 months and 4200 miles on the DD already, I put about 22-24k on a car per year, so I am looking at the stang to keep up with the mileage my old accords ran, I hope that with regular maintenance it will be a 10 year car!

whats up everyone...i was just wondering if you guys and gals have the same anxiety that i have when i watch the miles on the odometer going up? for some reason, i feel like im putting a crapload of miles on my car, even though i havent been driving it that much. maybe its more of a mental thing, but it drives me f'in nuts.
Bought our 04 GT Conv. with like 40 Klms. on it (24 miles) now I shudder to think there are 30,000 Klm (18,000 miles) on it. The good news is though, no snow and no gravel and is that not what they were built for to drive and enjoy!!![sm=smiley16.gif]

You've got a loose nut connecting your steering wheel to the seat.
