Default In Trouble (again) :(

I'm still in Florida... Some might remember from a previous post that I went on a long cruise from NY to FL... Well now I'm just lazy and dont want to drive back lol...

But anyways to my problem.... I have noticed that at around 70mph my car seems to rumble and stutter in a rhythmic pattern. It's hard to explain. The car seems to shake from the front end then stop then shake then stop every 2 seconds...

It didnt do that the entire drive down and I cant remember when it started to happen... It does happen at lower speeds as well but not as noticeable...

What can it be???

Sounds like engine harmonics. How is your tires wearing?

Just a guess, Maybe a weight fell off one of your tires, an unbalanced tire at higher speeds can "SEEM" to balance out and then return to a "Unbalanced " pattern! Can happen at any speed!

That could be it... I did have a flat tire not to long ago... and it was right around that time that I noticed the weirdness... The car just feels weird while im driving it... i know something is not right... but i rather get some help here first before i take it to ford and have them tell me that the car is completely broken and that i need to buy a brand new one lol

could be anything related to the tire/wheel/suspension. could be way out of alignment... you could get a shudder if you're out of line. your tires won't neccesarily wear unevenly, but they most probably will.. is the car pulling at all?

Yea shuddering is a good word... I'll drive at like 70mph then there will be a shudder then it will be ok then 2 seconds later another shudder and that cycle repeats endlessly... it only can really be felt at highway speeds...

I am going to take it in tomorrow to see if the wheels are balanced.. Hopefully its just that simple of a solution
