Why wouldn't you take it in for diagnosis ?? Warranty means no charge, and peice of mind ?? I might not be happy about having to go in, but if you have an error code, why not know, beofre you have a bigger problem.

Engines blowing, check engine lights, autobahn racing before 500miles on the car.....
Theres a breakin period to slowly wear in the parts so they all settle into place among the first few expansions and contractions of the block.
You have a much higher chance of having problems if you do not let the engine run for a 30 min period and let it rest for 4 hours atleast 10 times.. This is normaly done with just driving to and from work over a few weeks.. Take it easy for the first 5 hours of drive time..
Miles mean nothing to the engine.. Its all about hours.

Mine did the same thing. I took it in and they jumped right on it, all the mechs wanted to look at it. It coded out as a sparkplug coil miss fired they flashed the computer and on I went about 15 minutes. It is a service tech item.

I ordered mine in Aug before they could be ordered and the dealership dropped the order as soon as they were allowed, order number 1012, received in Nov.
Fire Red with interior upgrade Red Leather 5 speed, bullit wheels. Only 2 options left off, the Automatic and the premium wheels. I did order the Mustand spinners for the wheels and it great.

It makes this 50 something a kid again.

That pic is right after I got it. The spinners weren't available until Jan 05 and the weather hasn't been condisive to gettting it out of the garage. I need a couple of new ones.

The other darker 05 red, is redfire metalic. I am going to do the pony centers on mine, to replace the factory blue ovals.

Enjoy your car.
