Default CDC non-response

Does CDC actually check or answer their email enquiries?

Last week I sent them a fairly simple question which wasleading to a $600 purchase but they've not responded at all.
Yea, I could telephone them at my expense, but why the Hell should I? They want to keep their stock and leave me holding my money then fair enough.

Seems most Mustang shops I deal with lately are just time wasters offeringno response, no stock, don't-give-a-damn attitudes [:@]

I have gotten great service and products from them. The glassback roof, ducktail spoiler, and cdc guage pod to name a few. great people. Not sure why you have had a problem. Email worked for me.

Calling companies is boring and intimidating, but sometimes you gotta do it. Just call.

Ordered a Blackout panel froma seller who had it
drop shipped from CDC.
Took a month for me to get the instructions and keyhole
blackout decal from them. The box arrived open from
the cheap tape they used to seal it originally when it
was made and packaged to be stored at CDC until
someone orders one.

I resent the mail to CDC and they responded via mail and phone so it's all good for now. Waiting on a followup mail with prices :-)

When I sent an e-mail to CDC asking about a product on their demonstrator Mustang (see the 'open headlight bucket' thread) it took quite a while for them to respond. But they eventually wrote back.
