I haven't done those guages in a Mustang, but in my past experience, just be ready for a trip or two to the hardware store - depending on how/where you tap into for the water and oil, the 1/8 NPT fittings may need some additional fittings to adapt it to your specific application..

I'll add that with the oil gauge, sometimes you need to get an adapter plate that goes between the oil filter and the block to get a tapped outlet for the sending unit - but I have zero knowledge if that's required on the 4.0..
