If you would consider painting some of your interior at a body shop, have a look at this thread.

https://mustangforums.com/m_3703445/tm.htm

Depending on color choice, it would look super sweet, in my opinion. I would do mine Tungsten Gray to match the exterior, and my otherwise solid black/carbon fiber interior would look nice with the dark gray interior additions. I am just too cheap to do it at this point. Rather spend my money on exterior pieces for now.

Sorry if I sound too judgemental guys, but it just really pisses me off when I hear that kind of whiny bitching & moaning about "cheap plastic crap".
You all sound so freakin' SPOILED...!
I think the S-197 is a DREAM CAR: it's stunningly beautiful, powerful, and superior to almost everything else on the road- and all this for under $30K...!
What the **** is the MATTER with you people?!
Go take out a second mortgage on your house and buy a Bentley GT Coupe if that's what floats your boat- but stop whining about the "cheap plastic crap" on this fabulous Mustang.
JEEZ...!!!

+1 you think this is bad look at the last generation. Ford had to make money on this car somehow, not everything can be top of the line.

If you want to find a high quality replacement for the cheap plastic found in the interior of your mustang, you could replace it with pieces from www.apsisusa.com. Unfortunately, thereplacements can only be found in black and silver carbon fiber. However, the stuff they use is completely authentic.
