Default Center Caps

Has anyone paid the outrageous price for the pony center caps at American Muscle? I was blown away that they are $18 apiece! I'd be afraid someone would steal them right off my rims.

they might as well steel your wheels while their at it, unless you take the wheels off those center caps are going no place. The caps are super cool though, find a pony package mustang and check them out.

Not the spinners, but the caps. Don't they just pop in and out? Looks like a small flat screwdriver could pry them out easily.

One of mines somehow fell off. Had to buy a whole set on ebay for 45 dollars shipped. And I thought they were like 4-5 bux a piece before it happened. Sometimes when I need parts for this car I feel like a Viper owner or something because for some reason everything is so overpriced with Ford whether itsaftermarket or OEM parts.

Go to a ford dealer at night with a screw driver. Pry the ones off the v-6 pony package,. FREEEE

Lol jk

They come of with a screw driver but you will end up scuffing the wheel a little bit. Its nothing to bad but a scuff will happen unless you take the wheel off.

Can't get them from Ford? May not be cheaper but an OE part; if you really want them what's $72 when you have a whole lot more $$$ into the car anyway.
