Redfire or Candy apple red?

Redfire or Candy apple red?
I love the new candy apple red. They finally got the dark red right. I personally think that redfire looks ugly as f***. This is coming from someone who owned an 05 redfire but now drives an 06 torch red. The problem with redfire is unless you constantly shine it and add polish, the color looks rusty and old. Especially from a distance. I think candy apple red will retain it's glimmer much better. Torch red, on the other hand, shines even if you don't wash the car for weeks lol.

wait what?
Is this a rant or aksing us what is better?
I like each, when to the dealer SET on redfire like it was my only stang i wanted and then i saw torch red in person. At 1st a week into torch i was regretting it and wished i had gotten redfire but then i love my torch. I only want torch stangs from now on.

Yeah I suppose to each is own is right. I like my cars to shine though. When I had the redfire, I'd have to wash it every week to retain the glimmer. If I went a month without washing it, the car looked like it was 7 years old. When i see redfires coming down the road they look old as well. There's an advantage to having a non shine color such as redfire, tungsten gray, windveil blue, silver etc.. people don't stare at you when you drive by. It takes some getting used to with the torch red.

i love my redfire. not to start any arguements but to me the torch red reminds me of a crayon. but thats my opinion. i dont mind the color but IMO the redfire looks alot better. i havnt seen a new candy apple red upclose yet but from the pics it looks pretty darn good!
