Dont let me buy a supercharger.

RE: Dont let me buy a supercharger.
I was briefly considering a Paxton SC after seeing them on ebay for $3,500, but after reading some reviews (albeit not for the Mustang application), I was convinced that they are not of very high quality, which may obviously lead to disappointment, mechanical failure, or worse, damage to your engine.
Here are some of the reviews I read:

Sorry...wrong person to talk you out of it. As far as the Paxton set-up, I went with the one from Brenspeed and couldn't be happier. I have about 4K miles on it and have not had any issues at all. I read the reviews as well but most of the applications were not on Mustangs. I had several conversations with Brent as well and he has had good luck with them as well. Good luck and go for it!!!

Yes, Mr NA himself is thinking about a supercharger.
Heres the thing... This is my daily driver and the most important aspect to it is longevity and reliability.
So I was thinking Hmmm, maybe the cheap Paxton Novi 1200 would be a safe bet since it seems to be the least powerful and least complicated supercharger.
So then I thought "I cant believe Im even considering this insanity!"
Stop me.

Here we go... Dennis has become a S/C nut folks! 3 positive posts on that topic already. Before the week-end, he was kinda quiet, asking questions etc.. Now he's infected with the virus!
That's the power of the forums...
