Default Painting Wheels

I'm thinking of painting my bullits black,

I remember seeing a couple people on here do it, and wanted to know what paint you used (can, brush, brand, pretty much everything) and how you kept the lip silver.

Thanks.

Mask the lip off and use some quality paint. None of that rattle can crap.
Either you go acrylic enamel (with hardener) or base/clear.
If your wheels are not already painted, use etch primer on the aluminum after scuffing first. I let a pro do it if I were you.
