Default question about sequentials

I like the sequential tail lights that this guy is selling because he has the "chase" setting: http://www.meter4it.com/ But, I don't really want to cut and splice my wires any more than I have to. Does anybody know of a kit that is mostly plug-in but has the chase feature? I know you have to do some spicing for two of the sockets to activate the other filament, but I want to cut as few wires as possible.

The only "plug and pray" versions I've seen are for the normal sequentials, not chase.

I haven't seen anyone have the chase except meter-4-it. I've seen lots of good things about his kit but it is quite a bit more work than just the normal plug and pray sequentials.

The meter-4-it guy is in TX somewhere, you could see how far he is from you and have him install it. (I know it's a big state but I don't know anything about it but where Dallas is.)

Yeah, I agree, the chase feature is bad-***. It really looks better.

I had noticed that he is from Texas, but hadn't looked at where he is. He's in Wylie, which is a suburb of Dallas. I live in another suburb of Dallas. He's about 50 miles from my home.

ShadyNinja:

All of the ones that are just sequential do this:
1. Inside light on.
2. Middle light on.
3. Outside light on.
4. All three lights off.
repeat...

The chase does this:
1. inside light on.
2. middle light on.
3. outside light on.
4. inside light off.
5. middle light off.
6. outside light off.
repeat.

To see the difference in what it looks like, go here: http://www.meter4it.com/2006_and_2007_Mustang.htm

You might have your answer then, a 50 mile road trip and a couple bucks for him to install them. Or you could find a buddy that is better at it than you are.
