no need for the sarcasm - i was asking a legitimate, albeit embarassing, question. i'm not happy about missing the seemingly obvious point that my tires are rolling the wrong way; nonetheless, i'm sure we've all made jackasses of ourselves at some point in life. after all, as they say, to err is human...

What tires do you have? Mine don't have a left, right, backwards, forward.

i've got toyo proxes T1R's. there's a v-shape in the tread which dictates direction; that's what i neglected to notice when i slapped em on the pony

i am almost 100% certain that there is no direction arrow. i'll have to double-check (maybe i missed it ), but i looked for one when i put them on in the first place (i had a set of blizzacks in the past - they had arrows). that's why i never even thought about them going on one particular side in the first place.

Dont feel bad, it was a legitimate question. The only thing the tread arrow affects is water displacement, so if you dont have alot of water in your area then its not that big of a deal. I would personally swap them because 1) it only takes a few minutes, and 2) I think it looks better with the tread arrow pointing forward. [8D]It shouldnt have any adverse effects on anything if you decide to keep them like that... to my knowledge anyway.

BTW, Ink, your rims are sweet looking, what are they?

How often should we rotate our tires?

...Yea...feel free to flame me haha
Only time you would need to rotate them is when they wear unevenly, which they shouldnt do unless you have some bad suspension problems. Most people and shops rotate them for the heck of it even though they dont NEED it.

If there directional, I heard that if directional tires are going the wrong way the tread will wear faster.
