Ever get bored of your car?

Ever get bored of your car?
I am in no way saying that I dislike my car, however when it comes to a limited budget and in a family of 4, there seems to come a time when my hands are tied and am not able to get or do the things i want to do to my car! I get up in the morning, do the daily chores, off to work, and then back home! I actually find myself rushing to find time to tinker with the car, but it seem that i do the same things over and over again! Example, clean the engine bay, wash and wax, check tire pressure, treat the wonderfull fake leather seats! Just curious what others do to mix things up a little with what little time they may have.

thats why we mod.
you get one mod, your good for 2 weeks, then get another mod and your good for another 2 weeks.
it sucks when you start duplicating mods (changing louvers, wheels, etc.)

Yep, I feel that mods make the car feel fresh again. I know what you mean, I'm very fickle and get bored easily, but I find that modding keeps my interest. I just wish it didn't cost so much at times.

It's amazing how I've mellowed (dare I say "matured"?) over the years, because aside from getting the FRPP, I haven't been smitten by the mod bug, and I NEVER grow bored with my baby (10 months old now)- not for a second!
I still grin like a fool in love every time I get behind the wheel and punch it, and still can't believe how lucky I am to own this car (yes, I own it- not the bank).
I..might..(notice I say "might) be getting a whipple and/or 3:73 gears when the warranty expires in 26 months- but I'm certainly not counting down the days, and will most probably still be just as madly in love with her after 3 years have gone by.

RE: Ever get bored of your car?
I wouldn't say I'm actually bored with my ride but I do find myself mentally walking through what I'd do to the car if I hadthe chance to start over. I suppose that means part of me isn't quite satisfied with some aspect of my current mods.
